  1. Day 1 Tunis, Tunisia

    Arrive Tunis; meet assist and transfer to Hotel.

  2. Day 2 Tunis / Medina / Carthage / Sidi Bou Said / Tunis

    Depart to Bardo and to the Medina of Tunis. Drive through the winding streets of Tunis’ old town. This is a great opportunity to see the rich cultural heritage of this old, walled city and to discover the exquisite craftsmanship of Tunisia’s artisans. In the afternoon, depart to Carthage and visit historical sites such as the ancient sanctuary of the goddess Tanit. Continue to the Moorish village of Sidi Bou Said, which has managed to preserve its old world charm and peacefulness.

  3. Day 3 Tunis / Sousse / El Jem /Sfax/Gabes

    After breakfast, depart to Sousse where you will visit The Old Medina and the Mausoleum of Sidi Sahbi before continuing to El Jem. Visit the ancient Thysdrus before driving to Sfax where you will visit the Old Town then have lunch. After lunch continue to Gabes where you will overnight

  4. Day 4 Gabes / Djerba / Gabes

    After breakfast depart to Djerba where you will visit the ceramic workshop and the Ghriba Synagogue in Hara Sghira. Your tour includes Houmt Souk the capital of the island and the fishing port. After lunch you may shop for various souvenirs before returning to Gabes for overnight.

  5. Day 5 Gabes / Matmata / Douz

    After breakfast, departure to Matmata the star of Tunisia’s south. Visit the famous troglodyte houses, carved into the rock surface. Continue to the town of Douz where you will have lunch. After lunch continue to Nefzaoua and the triangular oases of Sabria, Noail and Zaafrane. Dinner and overnight in Douz.

  6. Day 6 Douz / Tozeur

    After breakfast, depart to the mythical town of Tozeur. You will pass by the Chott El Jerid salt lake where you will observe the vast mountains of white crystals. Continue through Kébili to arrive at Tozeur. City tour of Tozeur including the museum of Art and Culture, the old Medina and the unique palm grove. This afternoon travel by 4WD vehicle to the sand dunes of Lariguett, for an unforgettable desert experience.

  7. Day 7 Tozeur / Chebika / Tamerza / Mides / Tozeur

    After breakfast visit Chébika, Tameghza and Midès – three fascinating mountain oases located in spectacular and captivating sites. Take a one-hour train ride, aboard the RED LIZARD train, through the mountains to visit the Phosphate Mines in Metlaoui.

  8. Day 8 Tozeur / Sbeitla / Kairouan / Tunis

    Leisurely breakfast then depart to the ruined Roman city of Sbeitla. Spend time touring the ruins located at the foot of a hill by the river. Continue to Kairouan, once the capital of Maghreb and still an important Islamic centre. Visit the Great Mosque, an important Islamic architecture, the Aghlabite Pools, which represents a most important piece of hydraulic engineering of the Middle Ages. Here you may visit the covered Souks in the Medina and try your bargaining skills to garner great souvenir values. Return to Tunis for overnight.

  9. Day 9 Tunis / Depart

    Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure before departing to the airport for your onward flight.
