From scratch, the hotel was designed to be an environment-friendly place, always keeping in mind to establish the highest level of comfort for our guests. Udo Halder, a talented construction supervisor from the city of Freiburg (Germany), has left his unique and clear marks on this project.
The solar floor heating can be adjusted individually in each room. A used water recycling system ensures saving the precious drinking water. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are filled with allergenic Kapok and all bed linen has been fabricated out of organic cotton.
All rooms are all equipped with telephone and TV. On the 2nd floor there is a small Internet place that guests of Lalla Mira may use it free of charge.
In our restaurant we offer a pleasant, yet simple and healthy olive oil-based cuisine with local produce, especially from small farmers. Vegetarians and whole food eaters will find a plentiful selection changing daily, and fish gourmets can indulge in a fresh catch from the Atlantic. Fish and meat is readily available upon request. For lunch, please let us have your order by 11 a.m. the day before, for dinner by 11 a.m. the same day.
