Day 2 CAIRO / OLD CAIRO / PYRAMIDS / SOLAR BOAT | | After breakfast, visit Old Cairo, and explore the areas where Jesus and Mary stayed in Egypt. Visit the Ancient Churches, Synagogues and Mosques.

Day 3 CAIRO / ABU SIMBEL / ASWAN | | After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Abu Simbel. Visit the gigantic twin temples of Ramesses II and his queen Nefertari.
Fly back to Aswan and board the cruise.
After lunch, go sailing in a felucca, the traditional Egyptian sail boat on the Nile to Kitchner Island, named after Lord Kitchner who imported plants from all over the world to create his famous garden. You will view the Aga Khan Mausoleum, an elegant pink granite structure built in the late 1950’s. Day 4 ASWAN / KOM OMBO / EDFU | | After breakfast, take a tour of Aswan High Dam which is one of the worlds’ largest embankment dams. You will also visit the granite quarries which supplied the ancient Egyptians with hard stone used to build the pyramids and temples.
Continue by a short motor-boat ride to the Temple of Philae on the island of Agilka . The temple was dedicated to Isis, sister/wife of Osiris and patroness of the Ptolemaic rule. Sail around Elephantine Island on a felucca.
Elephantine Island is the largest of the Aswan area islands, and is the site of some of the most ancient remains in Egypt.

Day 5 EDFU / LUXOR | | After breakfast, visit Edfu temple on a horse-drawn carriage. Dedicated to the falcon god Horus, it is the best preserved major temple in Egypt.

Day 6 LUXOR / WEST BANK / KARNAK & LUXOR TEMPLE / CAIRO | | After breakfast, Cross to the West Bank of the Nile and visit the wondrous Valley of the Kings, where tombs of most pharaohs have been discovered and the temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
After lunch, visit Karnak Temple, the largest Temple ever built. Visit the graceful Temple of Luxor built by Amenhotep III and Ramesses II for ritual and festivals and dedicated to the god Amun and see its gigantic statues and obelisks.
Disembark and fly back to Cairo.
