Day 2 JOHANNESBURG | | Depart Johannesburg along the N4 Highway towards Mpumalanga Province. Spend the day exploring this spectacularly beautiful region. Enjoy the magnificent view from God's Window across the Blyde River and Lowveld, the natural splendor of Bourke's Luck Potholes and the quaint old mining town of Pilgrims Rest. Day 3 KRUGER NATIONAL PARK | | Enjoy a full day of game viewing in open vehicles in search of the "Big Five" namely lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos and leopards. Day 4 KRUGER NATIONAL PARK | | Early morning game viewing en route to the Kingdom of Swaziland. Enter Swaziland through the Jeppe’s Reef border post traveling via Pigg’s Peak to the Ezulwini Valley visiting the Ngwenya Glass Factory en route. Meal(s) Included: Breakfast, Dinner ^back to top |
Day 5 KWAZAULU NATAL | | Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before embarking on your journey south to KwaZulu Natal. En route visit the Swazi Candle factory just outside Mbabane. Continue traveling south via Big Bend and Hluhluwe to Mtunzini. Meal(s) Included: Breakfast, Dinner ^back to top |
Day 6 SHAKALAND | | Today we continue traveling south through Zululand to Shakaland for a unique African experience. Feel the pulsating rhythm of Africa as you experience the excitement and romance of the days of Shaka, King of the Zulus, in this authentic recreation of the Great Royal Homestead overlooking the Umhlatuze Lake. Watch the assegai-wielding warriors, share the fascinating secrets of the Sangomas and witness traditional customs such as tribal dancing, spear making and a beer drinking ceremony. Day 9 CAPE TOWN | | Enjoy Africa’s Premier route to the romantic meeting place of the Indian & Atlantic Oceans. Sir Francis Drake, the explorer, called it “the fairest Cape that we saw in the circumference of the Globe”. This tour offers a full and exciting day out visiting Hout Bay, Chapman’s Peak, Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, Penguin Colony, The Fish Hoek Galley , Simonstown, Constantia and the world famous Kirstenbosch Gardens. Day 11 CAPE TOWN | | Spend the day at leisure exploring the city of Cape Town or visit the many shops in the ‘most visited place in the World’, the V & A Waterfront.
