Depart Johannesburg along the N4 Highway towards Mpumalanga Province. Spend the day exploring this spectacularly beautiful region. Enjoy the magnificent view from God's Window across the Blyde River and Lowveld, the natural splendor of Bourke's Luck Potholes and the quaint old mining town of Pilgrims Rest. Enter the world famous Kruger National Park.

Overnight at Shishangeni Lodge or Similar

Enjoy a full day of game viewing in open vehicles in search of the "Big Five" namely lions, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos and leopards. During the heat of the day, stop for a leisurely lunch (on your own) at one of the rest camps. Return to the camp in time for dinner.

Enjoy another full day of game viewing in open vehicles in search of the "Big Five" namely lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos and leopards. Return to the camp in time for dinner.

Enjoy an early morning game drive, taking in as much as possible on your last day in the Park. By this time hopefully you have caught a glimpse of the elusive Leopard. Have a late breakfast and depart thereafter for the scenic drive towards Johannesburg. Explore the Mpumalanga Panorama route, visiting some breathtaking views and spectacular scenery along the way. Our first stop is God's Window, an overwhelmingly beautiful viewpoint with a 1000m drop into the "Lowveld". At the Bourke's Luck Potholes, the Blyde (Happy) and the Treur (Sad) Rivers meet up and form a magnificent display in the Blyde River Canyon. We stroll back in time, down the historic main street of Pilgrim's Rest. It takes us back to the days when dreamers and desperadoes from around the world converged on this little-known valley in a hectic scramble for the riches that lay beneath its grassy hillsides.

After breakfast enjoy your morning at leisure. In the afternoon transfer to the airport for your flight to Mozambique. Upon arrival in Beira, Mozambique: meet assist and transfer to the Gorongosa National Park also  called "Where Noah's Ark Landed" due to the extreme richness of wildlife and abundance of species found no where else in the world.

Overnight at Chitengo Safari Lodge or Similar

After breakfast, emabark on your first game drive. The park harbors several small herds of elephant, an increasing lion population, rhinos, leopards, zebras, kudus, cheetahs, warthogs and the rare roan and sample antelope. But its real attraction are the over 500 different bird species including some which only can be found in the Gorongosa area, such as: the green headed oriole, white breasted alethe, bluethroated sunbird, blackcap tchagras, Livingstone's Flycatcher, Vanga Flycatcher and many more.  In the evening return to camp.

After breakfast, go on a walking tour of Gorongosa for an indepth look at the conservation effort going on in the park. Afterwards enjoy a picnic lunch followed by an afternoon and evening game drive.

After breakfast, morning at leisure. In the afternoon return to Beira and transfer to the airport for onward flight.
