After breakfast go on a city tour of Cape Town. Visit Table Mountain via cable car. The cable car will take you to the 1086m mountain top which towers over Cape Town. On the return continue your city tour, passing the Houses of Parliament, City Hall, Castle and the Slave Lodge. You will also pass through the Bo-Kaap, Green Market Square and District Six.

After breakfast, enjoy your morning at leisure. In the afternoon take the ferry to Robben Island, a former prison which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site; spend the evening along The Victoria and Alfred WaterFront.

After breakfast, experience some of the most spectacular views in the world. The tour begins with a scenic drive along the Atlantic coast passing through the fishing village of Hout Bay. Here you will have the option of taking a short boat trip to Duiker Island to view the Cape Fur seals (own account). The tour then heads along Chapman's Peak Drive (if open) on to Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. From there we travel to False Bay and return to Cape Town by way of the Simon's Town naval base where we visit the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach (optional, for own account). Travel via Fishhoek fishing village and Muizenberg to Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens for a short walking tour of these beautiful gardens.

After breakfast drive to Franschhoek, a picturesque village with spectacular vineyards covering the mountain slopes. French Huguenots settled in the area more than 300 years ago, bringing with them their age-old French wine and food culture.

After breakfast, explore the village of Franschhoek the "gourmet capital of South Africa", visit craft stores, art & antique shops, galleries, coffee shops and restaurants. Enjoy a leisurely wine tasting in the afternoon.
