This is Kairaba's main dining place - a tropical style restaurant with cane furniture, fully air-conditioned, with a large al-fresco terrace allowing a splendid view of the gardens and the ocean.
Breakfast is served at the Kingfisher Restaurant and the extensive spread of the bountiful buffet will satisfy even the most discerning palate. The evening Theme Buffets are a well kept secret by the international travelling society and the delicious variety of creatively prepared dishes are astonishing to even the greatest die-hard gourmets. SHIKRA - FINE DINING RESTAURANT:

Sample the gorgeous taste of real African Dishes prepared by smiling Gambia Mammies - enjoy a light meal, a salad or one of those unforgettable Jumbo Sandwiches.
The Malimbe - intergrated into a traditional African Style House with grass covered roof is located at the poolside just a few steps away from the beach - and absorbs that special in-describable relaxed holiday feeling.
During the dry season themed buffets are served at evenings, which are accompanied by various entertainment and local culture shows.
THE BOLONG POOL BAR:
Guests at the Kairaba love the airy African atmosphere which the Bolong Bar absorbs. Here the dress- code is left to the customers desire - live music and evening shows change daily.
The Bolong serves the coldest drinks and the freshest juices in Gambia - light food and snacks are available throughout the opening hours,
