Al Dakhla Oasis, is a collection of different settlements, dominated on its northern horizon by a wall of rose-colored rocks. Fertile cultivated areas growing rice, peanuts and fruits are dotted between sand dunes along the roads from Farafra to Al Kharga in this area of outstanding natural beauty. At Mut, the capital of Al Dakhla oasis, there lies the beautiful Sol Y Mar Inn Al Dakhla, famous for its own natural thermal hot spring.
Al Dakhla Oasis, there exists the most exciting village Al Qasr (built in the traditional Islamic style), the Roman burial ground of Mozawaka and the temple of Deir El Hagar.
During the time of Old Kingdom, Al Dakhla was directly linked to the River Nile. Whilst at the time of the New Kingdom, Mut became the capital of Al Dakhla.
Prehistoric lakes once covered the whole oasis, but now artificial lakes have been created to support the fishing industry in addition to agriculture, the main industry in Al Dakhla

The hotel is suited in Al Dakhla Oasis, 2 hours from Al Kharga oasis, and 4 hours from Al Baharia oasis. It takes around 9 hours from Cairo to Al Dakhla oasis way.
